Can I get a refund?

No, all sales are final and there are no cancellations or refunds given.

What are pre-orders?

Pre-orders are a way to get a product at a discounted rate and guarantee you a "best of the batch" (Standard or B grade) product as well as fund and put designs into production. 

For pins in particular, not everyone is guaranteed to receive a standard grade pin as it depends on the results of the production quality. If there are more pre-orders than I have for standard grade pins, they will be given out in priority of order time. The rest of the pre-orders will receive B Grade pins based on availability.

Please not that these products have NOT BEEN MADE YET! They are NOT ON HAND! Preorder items go into production as soon as they sell out so it may take a while for you to get the pins you pre-ordered (These take TIME and can take anywhere from 1-3 months). 

Due to the long wait, I do not recommend ordering in stock products with preorders because this will hold up your orders, however if you don't mind waiting then go ahead. :) 

Preorder items are also subject to be modified among the production process by the manufacturer. In the case that preorders don't sell out the products will likely not be put into production and you will be refunded. 

If you miss the preorder deadline don't worry, these products are not sold out. Any leftover products will be listed in my shop after they arrive as instocks. Follow @mochimisfit on instagram for more updates.

What is the difference between Standards, B Grade, C Grade, and Seconds?

Since alls pins are handmade and not 100% perfect, all pins are individually sorted through, graded and sold at different prices. The following is a grading scale to determine the quality of the imperfections for the pins. Due to the large amount of orders you can't exactly choose the specific pin you want but you can choose the grade.

✧Standard pins are basically the best of the batch and have very minor to no flaws. Imperfections can be seen upon close inspection or under the light. 

  • Examples include: faint scratches, small dents/scruffs/air bubbles, minor enamel underfill, sides of plating is a bit scruffed but overall design is undamaged

✧B grade pins have one or more imperfections. Imperfections are more noticeable under the light.

  • Examples include: more noticeable underfilled enamel, more noticeable dents/scratches/scruffs/air bubbles

✧C grade pins have more visible imperfections but the pin is still quite okay. Imperfections aren't as noticeable from afar. 

  • Examples include: noticeable underfill/overfill of enamel, more scratches/scruffs/air bubbles on design

✧Seconds are the clearly imperfect pins and have varying levels of noticeable defects. These imperfections can be seen without any close inspection.

  • Examples include: missing patches of enamel, major overflow of enamel, deeper  scratches/scruffs, big air bubbles, incorrect color artwork, large stains or discoloring. 

Defects vary and pins will vary in flaws. Some may be more obvious than others. They are given at random; requests for "good" pins will not be honored. If you are worried about receiving a pin with more obvious flaws, please consider purchasing a standard quality/b-grade pin instead.

When do my orders usually get shipped?

I'm a one person shop, meaning I am the only one handling the orders you place. I typically try to ship out orders once or twice a week. Orders will go out in batches due to high numbers of packages and to avoid leaving my house often to minimize contact during the covid-19 pandemic. So please keep this in mind when waiting for a shipping notification email.

I made a mistake on my address or moved.

Please email me with your order number and new address so I can ship your items to the correct address.

My order went missing/arrived damaged. Is there anything you can do?

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. Please do not file a refund report for this, if you do you will be banned from my shop.
